Inspected Item
1. Sealing: sealing offset, cover tape offset, sealing broken, uneven sealing, sealing width, carrier tape broken;
2. Device shortage, reverse device;
3. Mark (high transparency of cover tape is required, and the contract between mark and background is higher than 40DB):
reverse mark, no mark, wrong direction, wrong mark, mark missing, mark angle, extra mark, mark pitch, and mark offset.
4. Lead (high transparency of cover tape is required and no light reflect): lead width, pitch, span, colinearity, and the precision is 0.015mm (based on the fact that cover tape of SOT563 is clear)
