Marketing & Creative Designer
Responsibilities
- Design brochures, posters, calendars, EDMs, etc
- Create visuals and content for social media and websites
- Develop branding assets such as templates, PowerPoint presentation slides
- Design event/exhibition materials (backdrops, banners, signage, posters, etc.)
- Produce corporate/product videos and diagram animations
- Responsible for product photography and videography
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a creative marketing or communications role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory
- Experienced in video editing, animation, and motion graphics
- Skilled in creating animations, transitions, and professional presentation designs in PowerPoint
- Able to operate a mirrorless camera to produce consistent photos and videos
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with the semiconductor industry is an added advantage
Customer Support Engineer
Responsibilities
- Install and commission new machine and kit at end user facilities.
- Carry out machine and kit buy-off process as per end user requirement.
- Conduct machine operation and maintenance training to end user.
- Provide on-site and off-site technical support to end user.
- Feedback machine and kit matter and end user input to HQ through JIRA system for continuous improvement.
- Update machine and kit status to HQ through JIRA for progress tracking and KPI purposes.
Requirements
- Min Degree/Diploma holder or 2-4 years working experience in related industry.
- Good command of Mandarin, English and Malay written and spoken communication skills.
- Good analysis and trouble shooting skills. Able to work independently.
- Willing to work overtime and travel local/oversea support when required.
- Based on HQ-Seremban/Muar/Penang/Perak
Application Engineer
Responsibilities
- Configure and prepare software according to specification/requirement.
- Assist software development for new modules/projects.
- Software maintenance.
- Software version management.
- New software commissioning.
- 1st level technical support.
- Provide training to end users.
- Write/revise software user manual.
Requirements
- Degree holder.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia written and spoken communication skills.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Fundamental programming knowledge, preferably in preferably in Visual Basic 6/.Net and Visual C/C++.

Finance Executive
Responsibilities
- Able to handle full set accounts including AR and/or AP functions, monitor outstanding collections, liaising with customers/ vendors to resolve any issues.
- Adequate understanding of e-invoicing to perform and check e-invoices submissions.
- Prepare and review financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Prepare monthly reports and listings as well as intercompany reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing, providing required documents and addressing any audit, tax or authorities’ inquiries.
- Participate and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum degree or equivalent with at least 3-5 years working experience in a similar capacity.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office and familiar with SQL system.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia written and spoken communication skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Account & Admin Executive
Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including monthly statements and follow-up on overdue payments.
- Handle payments for suppliers, staff claims, and other operating expenses.
Submit withholding tax, SST process related payments, and prepare promoter commissions. - Manage e-Invoicing to ensure timely submission and compliance.
Proficient in using accounting software, such as SQL Accounting software. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic/ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL accounting software.

HR & Admin Executive
Responsibilities
- Management of Employee Filing, including Employee on boarding and off boarding activities and documentation, conduct orientation for new recruit, and handle staff resignation/termination.
- Monitor and track attendance in system and staff Leave management on timely basis.
- Assist in handling employee grievances and any disciplinary issues.
- Administer monthly payroll processing, including statutory submissions (EPF,SOCSO, EIS, PCB), annual Form E & Form EA preparation, and Form 22 submission to local authorities.
- Arrange travel for hotel and air ticket booking, manage meeting schedules.
- Work with other teams to support various operational needs, fostering a cooperative work environment.
